very nice composition, fascinating concept 
! very pleasant mild contrast between the "frame" shapes and the "inner sky" 
I like the contrast between the different textures as well, though the ones on the "red" part are a little too strong in my opinion, for the skyline shapes are already neat enough: a softer look of the surfaces could make this look even better
